Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all tours and experiences booked with Adriano History Teller. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking System

Reservations are made through an online booking system powered by the Amelia plugin, which is used solely to manage availability and send booking confirmations.

Any cancellation, rescheduling request, or refund request must be made directly via email and is not automatically processed through the booking system.

Customer Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

Refunds are issued according to the following conditions:

Up to 7 days before the scheduled tour date: full refund (100%)
Up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour date: partial refund (50%)
Less than 48 hours before the tour or no-show: no refund

Refund eligibility is determined based on the time the cancellation request is received via email.

Rescheduling Requests

Customers may request to reschedule their booking by contacting [email protected].

Requests are subject to availability
Approval is not guaranteed
Requests made within 48 hours of the tour may be treated as cancellations

Once approved, the updated booking details may be reflected through the Amelia plugin for confirmation purposes.

Cancellations or Changes by Adriano History Teller

Adriano History Teller reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to:

Adverse weather conditions
Safety concerns
Unforeseen operational circumstances

In such cases, customers will be offered:

An alternative date, or
A full refund (100%)

Weather Conditions

Tours generally operate in most weather conditions. However, if conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable, the experience may be rescheduled.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the tour at the agreed time and meeting point will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Force Majeure

Adriano History Teller is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

In such cases, rescheduling may be offered where possible.
