Pricing and Payment

Adriano History Teller reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 7 days before the tour date: 100% refund
• Up to 48 hours before the tour date: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours before the tour or no-show: no refund

In case of adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, the tour may be rescheduled.

Changes and Cancellations by the Provider

Adriano History Teller reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons.

In such cases, customers will be offered:

• An alternative date, or
• A full refund

Customer Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

• Arriving on time at the agreed meeting point
• Providing accurate booking information
• Following safety instructions during the experience

Adriano History Teller is not responsible for issues resulting from failure to comply with these responsibilities.

• Personal Accident Insurance
• Automobile Insurance
• Tourism of Portugal License (RNAAT No. 442/2025)
